Though nothing more than that of confirmation of size of the iPad was disclosed in the report, but it also mentioned that the company may have been working on the project since mid-2000’s. However, nothing much could be materialized of the idea as Apple’s late co-founder Steve Jobs found it too small. As a matter of fact Steves also questioned the man behind the idea whether the device would be useful for anything besides “surfing the Web in the bathroom.” Rumors have it that the smaller iPad from Apple may be announce somewhere around October. But at the same time experts are of the view that with or without its small iPad Apple is expected to have a much strong hold in the market in comparison to its competitors.
